  • No amount of breastmilk is too much. You will (almost)never have a fat child or adult if they were properly breastfed. Breastmilk is the best thing you can feed/give to your children

  • My doctor tells me not over 24 ounces of milk, breastmilk, or formula at a year old. He said up to a year old let them eat or drink as much as they want.

  • If solely pumping with no solids its 25-30 oz as a recommendation.....
