Prenatal Yoga

Who does prenatal yoga throughout there pregnancy, what kinds of benefits do you think it gave you. I do some I don't do it like I should at least twice a week, but I would like to do it 4-5 times a week. It really helps me with back pain! : )

  • I have heard that it makes your labor a little easier because of the stretching.

  • i did it, never labored though... 3 csections, but it did make me feel better
