Another baking question

Do you have a good recipe for making graham cracker crust when making mini cherry cheesecakes? Mine just doesn't turn out right. Thanks!

  • Best thing to do is use a vanilla wafer in the bottom of your cupcake paper. Makes a perfect crust for a mini cheesecake!!

  • The recipe I use has melted butter which holds the crumbs together. I can't get my recipe right now but here is one that is similar. GL!

    4 oz graham cracker crumbs
    4 tablespoons melted butter
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Using a rolling pin or food processor crush the crackers to make small crumbs. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well to coat everything evenly with the butter. Press into pie pan or cupcake liners.

  • Ya surely I'll like to help you with this one..

Ingredients:1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs, 4 tbsp. sugar, 4 tbsp. melted butter, 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, a few cupcake papers

Method: In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, 4 tbsp sugar and butter. Set aside. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and vanilla, beat until creamy. Put some graham cracker mixture in bottom of paper cupcake tins and fill about 3/4 with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
