Any good home remedies for a bad belly?

My DD6 threw up this morning and also had some diarrhea.  Wondering if there is anything I can give her that I'm not thinking of.  We tried some coke, but she hates soda...crackers...thoughts?

  • Keep giving her a solution of 1/4 glass of water with a spoon full of sugar & salt mixed in it. Do this after every one hour in order to prevent dehydration..

  • I agree with the PP also pedialyte. Also, they do have pepto for ages 6 and over, you could look into that as well. As far as food the BRAT diet does well bananas, rice, apples, and toast. Good luck!

  • Gingerale, candied ginger, Gatorade & Pedialyte as directed if she starts to dehydrate. Hope she is better soon! :)
