How do i know when im pregnant?

I already feel nauseous and I had a positive home pregnancy test. I am tired all the time too. Is that some of the symptoms of being pregnant?

  • If you have a positive test, you're almost 100% definitely pregnant. Very few things can cause a false positive. That alone should be enough of an answer, but yes you do have symptoms of pregnancy.

  • If you've had a positive test, you are more then likely pregnant. It's almost completely unheard of to get a false positive. I don't know the exact numbers, but it's like one in a million to get a false positive.
