  • I know this sounds obvious, but try not to worry too much. Anything that stresses you out has happened to someone else at some point so you are not alone. If things dont seem to be going your way, just stop and tell yourself that its gonna be fine and things will clear up. Life is too short to be stressed out.

    Also may I suggest reggae music. It has helped me many times before. :D

  • Center yourself, start each day with a grateful heart. Get enough sleep when possible, go for a walk, talk to a friend, visit a museum, play your favorite music, laugh, see the humor in challenges, think positive thoughts, take a tea break, read a book, remember that each day brings blessings and start looking for them. Best wishes! We all have those times, but we get through them.
