Congestion in babies

What can I do to get rid of my 3 months old congestion?

  • Baby vicks on the feet, humidifier in the room, steam rooms (running shower), put a rolled blanket under the matteress so they lay in a more reclined position rather than flat, saline nose spray.

  • Everything the person above said! =) We used the Baby Nasal spray. We put tuna fish cans underneath one end of the crib so it would be at a slight incline. We also put a blanket underneath the sheet at his feet so he wouldn't slide down. A humidifier really seemed to help also!

  • everything above! and i put some breast milk in her nose too! it works like the nose spray only it doesnt sting!
