Netflix problems

is there a way to actually make a payment online? it said i needed to update the payment method which i did, and that our next billing cycle isn't until april. i guess we started off with a free trial that ended on march 2nd. so now i would like to make a payment for march, but it doesnt give me an option to do so? do we just have to wait until april to be able to use it again?

  • It usually just takes 24 hours for the current bill to be processed. But you can go through the "contact us" number and do things over the phone.

  • Ours does not take 24 hours, it is immediate. I'd call and see if there was a problem with the card.
