Do you "own" any hotel towels/robes?

I must admit I came back from Orlando with towels that I did not pack leaving home. (evil laugh implied, of course) Not stealing," just borrowing, without intent of returning" is all....

  • I work in a hotel in the housekeeping dept. We just changed suppliers for our linens, so my manager lets us take home the ones we've discontinued. Still lots of life left in them, and you can't go wrong with white towels! PrincessStacy, don't worry about "borrowing without intent of returning". It's kind of expected, like with the shampoos and soaps. lol

  • No. I have come home with plenty of hotel shampoos, sewing kits, the occasional shoehorn, and once a washcloth (but that was accidental.)

  • No towels or robes, but my fiance & I do "own" a blanket from a motel bed. It was a California King size, & my DF loved the soft, beige fuzzy blanket. (I've seen them in most every hotel) We got home & were unpacking, & there it is folded up on our bed! My DF had stuffed it into his laptop case & carried it out, I couldn't believe it! It is the best blanket ever, though... hehehe

  • We accidently have a pool towel from Best Western, I'm afraid to take stuff from the room, dont want to get charged for it.
