  • Awww I miss laying on my belly too =( That's how I'm most comfortable when reading, on the computer or sleeping I don't know when your supposed to stop but it seems like by 20 weeks it would just be uncomfortable...But I feel your pain mama lol

  • Huh? I'm not sure what u mean about the computer. Anyways, if you are still comfy on your tummy u are fine, but I know at 20 weeks my belly was quite large, couldn't really do that.

  • if your comfortable its fine

  • When you're asleep your body will naturally go into the most comfortable position. I don't know how often, in my third trimester, I'd wake up flat on my back.

Like Patience909 said, as long as you're comfortable.

  • yes! i slept on my belly with all 3 babies until i gave birth... i just used pillows for support and to make myself comfy and i was fine... so were my babies. my DR said i could sleep however i want (or lay however i want) as long as i was comfy, baby would be too.

  • Yes, I managed to sleep on my tummy through my whole pregnancy (even when my water broke!). Your stomach is actually pretty well protected. Just try to avoid laying flat on your back, for the sake of blood flow.

  • At 24 weeks now, I can't lay on my belly. It'd be a complete impossibility at this point. In fact, I think it began to get impossible around 10 weeks this go round.
