swimming is the best, easiest and fastest way to slim and tone everything at the same time the fastest. Plus with swimming, you burn so many more calories that as long as you are eating healthy you do not need to diet.
My best diet tip ever: herbal tea. Drink a cup of hot herbal tea whenever you feel hungry and before meals. It makes you feel full(er) and helped me lose 30lbs. Of course, I also reduced portions, etc... Also, sometimes when you think you're hungry you are really dehydrated. So after drinking the tea you might not feel hungry any more.
