What to feed?

my 10mos old doesn't like baby food.What i can feed him?Any advice please.

  • Try some table foods. He is at the age where you can start giving him things such as chopped up fruit and pasta and what not. Also have you tried the toddler foods that you usually find in the jar food section? They have lots of different things now. GL.

  • Mine was the same way. I got one of those food grinders form the baby section, and started smashing up anything I cooked: Fruit, Meats, veggies, and even sometimes dessert. They both loved it.

  • avocado, baked sweet potato, brown rice, cooked, beans, steamed vegetables, anything soft and healthy

  • Try finger foods . like cut up fruit and veggies into small pieces . and give it to him that way . example : cut up pieces of banana , set him in his high chair then put the banana's on the tray . hope i helped(:

  • Check out and also read up on child led weaning. At 10 months no honey, egg whites, actual cows milk, careful with citrus fruits as they tend to be very acidic for young ones. Otherwise he can have anything you want to feed him.
