Cramp remedy?

What's your home remedy for cramps? Mine aren't normally this bad but I took Plan B earlier this week and my period has come WAY early. Tylenol didn't help :/. I'm about to send my hubs out to Walmart to buy a heating pad.

  • drinking raspberry leaf tea. i used to get cramps so bad i couldn't sit. now i don't get any at all

  • I do 800 mgs of Advil when I used to have them (which is an RX strength). Haven't had one since I had my first DD ;o)

  • Midol if they are really bad, but mostly I just take a few moments to meditate and concentrate on my in and out breathing.

  • Take a warm towel and lay with it on yor stomach it will help releive the pain and cramps

  • Drink a lot of citrus juice; orange juice, grapefruit any kind of citrus. Baking soda; carob, (get that at the health food store);garlic/onions; and jimaca.

  • try a heating pad and curl up with ur knees tucked up under u and put a relaxing movie in to keep your mid off the pain
