How many days?

How many days you guys exercise?I like jogging on treadmill or biggest loser on wii but i'm kinda confused about days.

  • I usually do 6-7 days, but I have been sick since Wed. with bronchitis so I'm completely off my game over here. You can do cardio every day if you like, but with weight training you should give the muscle groups you work a day to recover.

  • Generally, I run 3 days a week, bike 2, and do strength training 3-4 days a week. The past couple of weeks haven't been as good, and I've only been running about 2x and riding 1x per week, plus 2 days of strength. I need to pick it back up! It harder in winter without rain gear. :(

  • Also, you should give your body a rest when you run. Running consecutive days when you are still fairly new at it is hard on your legs. Give them some time to adjust.

  • I try to workout daily but some weeks it's only 6 days. But even on that 7th day I try to do something, even if it's just some weight lifting or squats and lunges.

  • I have 4 kids and one is a 4 month old baby so I have to work out when I can. Usually I try to get in at least every other day. Sometimes I go every two days but then I will do cardio and the very next day strength training. So I average 3 times a week and I am seeing great results. Once I get my routine back that I usually do, I work out 5 days a week.
