College STRESS

okay, so my husband recived a full ride(4 years) to a large college , prob. about an hour away from our hometown. He is very good in basketball, and thats how he's gonna be able to go to school.
Right now we're 3 1/2 hours away from home, hes working and going to school. Im takin online classes and 6 months pregnant.( rough pregnancy) we're making it on bills, we just got food stamps & WIC and it really really helps!
but im so stressed about this new college thing, because he want be able to work really, and the baby will be in daycare all the time while im working and he'll be gone playing basketball.
Everyone keeps telling me if we get FASFA and student loans it will be ok....
but i get so stressed about it! i sat at the computer and cried for an hour looking at loans.
anyone else gone thorugh something like this?

ADVICE please :)

  • If he got a scholarship, I'm not sure he can get FAFSA... Don't know for sure, though... Have you all considered moving back home? Then you can ask if family/friends would be willing to help out watching the baby?

  • What about a work at home business ?

You can start building it now, before the baby comes.
It's portable, so if you move you can take it with you!
It will give you some additional income!
It's something you both could work on together!
95% of it can be done on line from home !
And hopefully, build enough you don't have to worry about daycare when your baby does come.

There will be some start up costs involved .. but it's YOUR BUSINESS!
You will have to DO SOMETHING to make money .. many people start a home business, but NEVER DO ANYTHING !
Just like a job, you have to show up for work.
