Should I delete them off my FB?

This is my issue, we are currently going through a nasty custody/visitation battle. I have a protective order against there dad, and now all of his family is friends with his new girlfriend (which he cheated on me with). I didn't expect them NOT to be, but it kinda blows seeing they are. Anywho - I really don't even talk to that family, and they NEVER EVER EVER ask about my kids. Should I delete them simply because of the battle? What i'm getting to is, I don't want to seem like a bitch, i'm not on bad terms with his cousins or aunts (just on really bad terms with him and his dumb mom, which they aren't on my FB)

  • I never know what may be seen/read on your page by them, and could be used against you in court, even if its judged as 'hearsay'.

  • Well if they don't even ask about the kids then there is no point of keeping in touch.

  • Just delete them/unfriend them. You are required to keep anyone you don't want on facebook.

  • Not only FB, but just move on completely. There's something better for you around the next corner.
