  • In addition to the links above...be aware that anything that is designed to help dry out your sinuses is likely to also decrease your milk supply. If you have low supply be extra careful. Personally I wouldn't risk it...it can be a PITA to then bust your ass to re-build your supply.

    I stick with humidifiers, menthol rubs, menthol plug ins, steamy bathroom, etc.
