I am 28 weeks, yay! Unfortunately, I barely sleep and when I do get sleepy it is at inopportune times, like when I am watching my young step son.
I need to sleep at night like a normal human being, however, it has been almost impossible over the past three months.
I have tried benedryl and tylenol PM (same sleep aid), and Unisom. I have also tried aromatherapy and other techniques. When should I throw in the towel and ask my doctor for something to help me sleep? Is there anything else I can try?
