  • My daughter can have up to 4 a day, and we are not food freaks, so as long as they have 3 health meals and adeuate exercise, they can have snacks! Not trying to be rude, but a vanilla wafer or 4 wont kill her!

  • They are yummy. Make sure she brushes her teeth very well, because they can get jammed up there on the gum line. I would say, personally, no more than 5 or 6 a day. But I love them, and would probably indulge my kids with more, if they were eating healthy otherwise.

  • A few cookies isnt going to hurt anything as long as shes eating well the rest of the time. Have you tried making them yourself? They would be healthier if not processed for sure. I tell my maniacs cookies are a treat not a meal lol and they are mostly okay with that.
