  • Baked brie with cranberry relish wrapped in puff pastry or crescent rolls. Chocolate fondue for dessert. Use a crock pot to keep it warm. There's lots of things you can use to dunk, marshmallows, fruit, pound cake, short bread cookies, biscotti, etc. Ina Garten (the barefoot contessa) has a recipe for chicken satay that is out of this world. She suggests just buying a roasted chicken and cutting up the breast meat to put on a stick. The satay sauce is easy but has a lot of ingredients.
