  • Nope. Too little to make that kind of decision, and I think it looks tacky on children that young. I also am not fond of little girls having earrings, either.

  • No way! My boys will not get piercings at all until they are teens and choose so.

  • Im not sure at 5 i would thing it would be something I would run out and have done right away, after a few years, if he still realy wanted it at like 8 or 9, then I would. DD had hers done at 6, she had been asking for awhile(tho, months, not years) and all is good. I dont think any of ds's friends have ears that are piereced, and so he thinks earrings are for girls lol

  • Nope. A five year old isn't able to make a grounded decision about a piercing.
