What do you do to keep fit?

  • Exercise vigorously 4-6 days per week, including cardio, flexibility training, strength training, and balance. Eat as "clean" as possible, watch my portions, cut out foods that have no nutritional value, get plenty of sleep, take the vitamin supplements that I need to help fill in any dietary gaps.

  • I love doing weight lifting circuits with wind sprints in between weight sets...I also love zumba and belly dancing as after having a baby, my middle is in need of some serious work.

  • I run 3 days a week and bike 2, plus I do strength 3-4 days a week.

  • Well, I'm not fit but I'm getting there. lol. I exercise 4 to 5 days a week either going to the gym and doing the elliptical or treadmill, or I take a 2 mile walk around my neighborhood. I also try to do the 30 Day Shred 2 to 3 times a week for some strength training. I'm still working on my eating habits. I've lost 11 pounds so far!

  • I used to hop on the WiiFit Plus five nights a week for 45 minutes and I drank a LOT of water (64+ fluid ounces daily). Worked out really well for me.
