  • yes, i do. i ran out though & need to buy some more but keep forgetting. So, she has not taken them in a few weeks.

    I give them to her because her Dr. recommends me to. He thinks all kids should take them, even if they eat healthy. He said there is sometimes key nutrients lacking, because it can be hard to get them ALL every day just by eating food.

  • Yes. We get some 365 brand from Whole Foods. The store let the kids do a taste test in the store and these are the ones they chose.

  • Both my kids get a multi-vitamin prescribed by their pediatrician because it contains fluoride. It works out to be cheaper than the over the counter ones.

    my son is autistic and a picky eater. He has oral issues with textures and will gag while eating many foods
