Ribs for dinner...What's on the side?

I was thinking cauliflower, but I don't know.

What suggestions have you got for me ladies?

  • When I make ribs I usually do steak fries and whatever fresh veggie I can get ahold of at the time based on season and what looks good in the store - zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, etc.

  • Mocked mashed potatoes using the cauliflower. Cook cauliflower until very tender. Mash and add some salt, pepper, garlic, butter and a little chicken stock. Corn bread and you have a great meal.
