Touch lamp

My daughter sleeps in my room. For a night light I use my touch lamp. If I leave it on the second tap, where it is brighter, does that use more electricity than the first tap, where it is very dim?
Its a random question and I wasnt sure where to post it.

  • its about the same usage,

It doesnt matter it just dims the light and runs off the same power,

I would just invest in one of the battery operated stick on lights for your wall, its simple its cheap its a light, and its dim,
