How can I motivate my 16 yr old son?

He's so laid back and it seems like the older he get's he even more LAZY than ever.

  • All those things that he has that you say, "If you don't, I'll take this away" type stuff take them away and make him earn them back. Make him see them as privileges not rights.

    Yesmaam - Yeah that worked when he was about 8-10 at 16 he could care LESS.
    Rkoloms -Asking him what motivates him is like talking to any other 16 year old boy.
    Hatsumomo -His behavior is effecting his performance in school.
