  • It goes too far. I'm so thankful we actually have a few brave politicians who will do what needs to be done despite it ending their political career and over the cries of those who think the government owes them.

Time magazine doesn't speak for "the left"...and I believe that is in reference to his tenure as gov.

If someone says you are beating a dead horse, that doesn't warrant a protest from PETA

  • It goes too far, really? The governor himself said everything has been civil and peaceful. Dead Man Walker refers to him effectively killing his chances of getting re-elected. There was NO violence, quite the contrary. If you actually read the entire article, you will see that emphasized over and over again. Nobody was "inciting violence".

Nice try, but no dice. Walker was dead wrong, and he will have to deal with the consequences (and no, that's not a threat). But like him, and the GOP in general, you obviously don't care about the middle class.

  • Considering the death threats, this is in really really bad taste. Of course, it might be blown off as insignificant by those who don't mind if conservatives get death threats. But anyone who values human life will acknowledge it's way too far.

  • Could someone tell me how this is about the middle class? I keep seeing that claim, but we are solidly middle class, along with all our friends and family, and it clearly is not about me.

  • Somebody please quote back where the article mentions death threats, because I sure didn't see anything like that...
