  • Pasta salad! It's a fairly healthy snack. ..... homemade mac n cheese ..... some sort of casserole with chicken, cream of mushroom or celery soup, and stuffing mix or mashed potatoes?

  • OOOH I just found a recipe for Cheesy Italian Tortellini on allrecipes.com!!!! It looks really really good and it seems like the ingrediants are things most people would probably have on hand anyway!

  • I love all the above ideas. It kinda depends on the pasta too I suppose though. Any kind of pasta can be used to make a pasta salad that we put corn, sliced olives, and some mayonaise in with the pasta mix it all up and put it in the fridge my family loves it they also add some salt and pepper. We are making homemade mac and cheese here tonight I love it! Gl and have fun!

  • Make a casserole. Brown some ground beef and an onion with some garlic. Add some corn, peas, mushrooms, tomatoes, some chili powder, a splash of Worcestershire, a splash of red wine vinegar. Stir it all together. Dump into a casserole dish, and top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Yummy!!
