Proper Bra Size - Do you know yours?

I posted a style question earlier and we got into a bra size discussion. I can't believe some certain major retailers regularly fit women with wrong size bras just to make a sale. I previously wore a 38 DD for most of my adult life because that is what I was "told" I wore and happened to be the largest size they carried for a long time.

Went to a real boutique bra store several years ago and got properly fitted to a 34 F/g depending on brand and I can't believe the difference.

Do you REALLY know your bra size?

  • I do know that when I wear bras that lift me up and put in in proper posture,I don't get any backaches. I can't wear underwire, they dig into me. Can I get a good bra without an underwire?
