Is it bad for your body to exercise when you have a little cold?

Not trying to get out of it but don't want my cold to get worse. I am super tired too.

  • from what I've heard from health professionals is that if the cold is in your nose, then it's ok to sweat. if it's in your chest, then you don't sweat, it can make it worse.

  • Yup, if you're up to it, sweat it out. A day or two to rest though won't hurt you either. :) Feel better!
