  • I just got a bill for my cesection..and it says "c'section tubal.. 1200 and I didn't ask for one! Grrr Its too late to call my ob! Can't call until tomorrow

  • If you didn't ask to have your tubes tied and you didn't sign the paperwork to have it done, maybe a typo.. I really hope they didn't do that without your consent, if they did.. Man oh man, I would file a lawsuit.

    They asked me 4 times when I was in the OR if I was sure I wanted my tubes tied.. Keep us posted after you call them.

  • My doctor asked me about it several weeks before. But, we never talked about during the c-section or anytime before..other than that one time and I never signed anything! maybe its a typo...

  • If I call and ask them for my records they have to give them to me right? I'm thinking thats what I need to do first before I say anything else

  • You can also call your insurance company.. Hospitals and the Dr has to list all services provided in order to get paid.. They may have a customer service number and it may still be open to get some answers tonight. The hospital should also have a record.
