What are you having for dinner tonight?

We are having salmon croquets, homemade mac n cheese, and green beans. YUM!!! I am excited. Lol. I am also thinking about making myself a strawberry margarita. : )>

    I made Hamburger Helper tonight (not much food in the house right now), the Cheesy Quesadilla & Rice kind. Mixed it with tortilla chips and salsa. Different, but good.

  • We finished dinner about an hour ago. I made bbq bacon cheeseburgers, only I had chipotle cheddar on mine, french fries, green beans, and steamed zucchini.

  • I worked until 6...then did a little shopping. When I got home SO had made a spinach salad with shrimp and quail...yummy..and i got a glass of red wine
