I was wondering if I should drain the whey from the yougurt before I add the lemon.
Also do you just chuck it like you do cherries or do you blend it so that the acid doesn't curdle the dairy?
And please no comments about just buying some in the store. I have fruit trees and have more than enough for jams, freezing and drying....
