how do you count your menstural cycle???? im trying to find out wen i ovulate

  • You count from the first day of your period to the last day before your period comes. The first day of your period marks the first day of your cycle. As for ovulating, everyone is different so it might take you a couple months to pinpoint it.

  • finally someone who didn't answer with oh you ovulate on day 14, lol. you can pinpoint your ovulation date by taking your wakig temps and by checking your cervical fluid.

  • There are ovulation tests you can take as well (they work the same way as a pregnancy test).
