How long do you keep pork chops in a crock pot ? Is six hours ok on low?

  • That should be fine, but Id expect them to be fall apart tender when cooking for that long.

  • I have two different recipes that say different times - but one of them, I use more than the other. On Low, for at least 6 hours. I usually cook them for 8. They don't fall apart too much, but you can basically shred them once you take them out. lol.

  • It depends on the size of the pork chops. Test them with a fork, and if not tender enough, cook some more.
