I know this has been asked probably 1000 times but what sides to go with corned beef & cabbage?

Gettin' my Irish on tomorrow. ;) There's already veggies in my recipe, but should I do something like salad & rolls? Cornbread? Hmmmm.....

  • I put carrots, potatoes, celery, onions and rutabagas in mine, with soda bread, but cornbread is good too.
