Why is it that every time I get up from my office chair or get up from laying down, or pretty much just move, I have contractions? Walking causes it too. (36w)

  • The time is approaching. I'm sure it feels like a lot of pressure. Its not a lot that you can do to ease the pain. I suggest taking it easy until your bundle of joy arrives.

  • Your body is starting to prepare for the big day. I went into labor at 38 weeks. Try not staying in one place all the time, Rotate, Walk, Etc. Good luck with your new arrival!
