Im 9weeks, but my bf and i are so excited, what do you think about the name...

Tahja? (pronounced T'asia). My bf really likes it, i think its a cute name just the spelling gets me. i feel like if it is a girl and we name her that everyone will have a hard pronouncing it. i also like the name Nataliyah(Na-tall-yah). so i was thinking something like Nataliyah Tahja Davis or Tahja Nataliyah Davis if its a girl. What do you think?

  • Let the claws come out, but...
    I think it's ghetto.
    Ranks up there with Sha-naynay.

  • I would pick an easier name. Especially when it comes time for your daughter to learn how to spell it and write it.

  • I love the name Natalia . . . but I think because it is long already, the spelling might need to stay straightforward.

  • Nataliyah is a beautiful name... Tahja I think would be too hard to pronounce.

  • Definatley not the two names together. When you take two unique names and then crucify the spelling you end up with, as Chloe said, ghetto. And if your going to use Natalia...spell it the correct way.

  • Congratulations! Hopefully it's a girl so you can use those names.

I'm not too much of a fan of the spelling of either name, but I think they sound nice! =) Tahja= the H throws me off and I pronounced it tah-zha. maybe tay'ja or tey'ja. i think the apostrophe would help. Good luck though! & congratulations again

  • Nataliyah yes. Tahja no (mostly b/c I couldn't pronounce it the way you wanted and don't think alot of others could either...would have called her Ta juh). What about Asiah (uh, sigh, uh)?
