  • My favorite source is cereal. Even some of the "yummy" cereals are starting to add fiber without changing the flavor. Also, there are a lot of snack bars out there that are chock full of fiber. I have struggled to balance the carbs and fiber though.

  • Oatmeal, Cheerios, lots of the cereals now have more fiber in them. Fiber One yogurt and bars, fresh fruit and veggies. Whole grains, whole wheat bread and pastas.
