  • YOU TELL THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!! Hello, that is a no brainer. You tell the courts what your niece said. Would you want an innocent person to go to prison and be labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life? Your niece needs some major psychological help. Also, if you don't tell the truth and the courts find out, you will be held in contempt and can be jailed too.

  • You HAVE to tell the truth. Don't hold this on your shoulders. Noone needs to be mad at your niece, but you cannot let a man be wrongly convicted. It will ruin his life.

  • It doesn't matter who is leaning which way. When you go to court, just say what you heard. Tell the truth. Don't let yourself get caught up in a lie . . . . you are beyond that.

  • You need to come forward and tell the truth. No matter what the reason your niece was wrong for lying and there is no reason for a man to be wrongly accused of something so heinous. It ruins job opportunities, benefits you're eligible for...many things, which is great for people who have actually done it but for him to be innocent, can u really leave that on your conscious?
