What are some signs physically that a baby is teething or about to. My daughter acts like she is teething but what do the gums of a teething baby look like?

  • something good for baby we made up is take some sponges clean em cut them in half get them wet and freeze them,our baby loves it and it catches the drool,lol

  • For some babies, it's a longer process than others. My guy is hardcore drooling (possibly a sign), but has no other symptoms.

  • I never really noticed any changes in the gums right up until the tooth broke through.

  • my son wanted to put everything in his month and also drooling, and really fussy I would give my son a teething ring. He just got his first tooth :)

  • my son gets a big bump on his gums where a tooth is comin through, and of course drooling, irritability, the sponge idea is a great one!
