Why oh why do I feel tired all the time??

I feel tired all the time. I could go to sleep at 9 and wake up at 630 and by the time it gets 10 I feel tired like I could just take a nap even though I did nothing all morning!! I am 26 this should not be happening.

Does anyone else feel like this?

  • Health issues? That's the first thing I think of when here someone being tired all the time. I think it is also a symptom of depression. Could you possibly be depressed? Have you noticed anything else unusual? I would discuss with a doctor. Sleeping all the time isn't normal like you said, it could just be as simple as anemia, but it could be something else.

  • You need to get out and walk, mall walking is the best because you can window shop. That is what helped me).
And start taking vitamin B 12 and get a check up with your Doctor.

Must push your self to do stuff and don't eat anything high in sugar, do high protein diet. (works great with me)
