When looking for an apartment do u read the online reviews?

does that influence ur decision in any way?

  • yes i do and yes it does influence my decision but then i'll usually apt shop all day and find one good luck

  • Yes, I wold read the reviews, and check them out in person. If the landlord seems to be convincing you in any way, or volunteering information that you are not asking about (like, "this apartment has never had a flood") then they probably are not that great. I found a really cheap place last year, and after about 6 months we were overrun with cockroaches. (YUCK) We moved out immediately.
