  • Not pregnant, but also not a jogger. I want to try it though. However, I think you're not supposed to start any new exercise while pregnant.

  • like others said, if you weren't a runner before I wouldn't start now

  • They say it's perfectly safe to jog while pregnant, but advise that if you aren't already a regular jogger to not start during pregnancy. ALso if you have certain high risk factors such as placenta previa it's not recommended. I wasn't a jogger when I was pregnant, but would go on power walks

  • I started running after I was done having kids, but there is a running mom group on here that can offer lots of great advice. From what I understand, if you already run then it's fine to run while pregnant as long as there is no pain. Be sure to talk to your dr though!

  • I would only start jogging during pregnancy if you are already a jogger.

  • I worked with a girl who was a bit of a runner before she was pregnant. During her pregnancy (we were pregnant at the same time), she was still running around a track at normal speed AND near full-term.

  • I wouldn't advice that.. You can opt for short walks(not brisk) though....

  • I didn't when I was pregnant, but have plenty of friends that do/did.

  • Nope and I wouldn't start if you didn't do it before.

  • I was high risk when I was pregnant and was only allowed to walk. What does your doctor say?
