  • It's a bracelet that puts pressure on pressure points or nerves in your wrist that correlate to nausea.

  • My Mom wore these throughout chemo and for motion sickness, they worked really well for her with no side effects. They do have to be TIGHT though and in the right place, so if they don't work at first, experiment a bit to find the right spot.

  • It's based on acupressure. You might also want to try mints (like peppermints) or chewing gum. Ginger chews are great as well. Also make sure that you are eating regularly- not doing so can set off nausea.
