What is a good substitute for sesame oil?

  • If the oil is used for cooking it wont matter much which oil you use, But if the sesame oil is a major flavor sub a reg oil and use sesame seeds to add the sesame flavor.

  • thanks!!!! it calls for a tsblespoon of oil...how many seeds should i use?
