Her feet hurt

My daughter is four-years-old and recently had her wellness check-up. When the pediatrician asked me if I had any questions, I drew a blank. It wasn't until we got home that I remembered something.

For the last few months, she's complained that her feet and legs hurt. Legs I would understand to be growing pains. Her feet, though, puzzle me. Her Nina (paternal grandmother) has pains in her feet all the time. Something about the nerve endings. When her legs don't hurt, her feet still do. I'm wondering what this could be, if anything.
