MY BESTFRIEND HAS NO PROOF THIS IS TRUE, BUT OBVIOUSLY DOESNT WANT TO SEND HER WITH HIM AGAIN TO GET IT(PROOF)... WHAT SHOULD SHE DO? HOW DO YOU HANDLE SOMETHING LIKE THIS? PLEASE ANY ADVISE WOULD BE HELPFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH

  • She should take the child immediately to a doctor to be examined. The doctor will be able to tell. She doesn't have to say whom she suspects, only that she wants her to be checked. She should do it today!

  • Take her to the doctor, I'm pretty sure they would be able to tell by looking down there.

  • Take that child to a doctor RIGHT AWAY to get her checked out! Honestly, if there's any suspicion of abuse, I'd flat out refuse to let him see her, or at least demand he only sees her with supervision. Since it's only 2 hours at a time, that shouldn't be too hard to do... Good luck, and I really hope it's not true :(

  • She needs to talk with her doctor and she will be directed in all the proper directions from there.

  • Yeast infections are actually normal for girls that age . . . but if she is concerned, she needs to call the pediatrician right away and go in for the ped to look. She can also make an urgent appointment if her daughter comes back with her vagina looking funny. the doctor will advise her and make a report.

She can also call child protective services herself and make a report, but it is sometimes a better route to go through the pediatrician.
