Is it disrespectful?

My husband has 4 kids from 3 different women, the kids are all adults now, so should he be friends with them on facebook?

  • Why shouldn't he? If he is trustworthy then it shouldn't be an issue. My SO and I are both friends with exes on FB - we are both trust the other and it has never, ever been an issue.

  • No matter how old the kids are, he will ALWAYS have their mothers in his life in some capacity. Personally, I think it's good if they all get along. And like mommy_of_two388 said, if you don't want him talking to his children's mother(s), you should have found a guy with no kids.

  • I dont see why not. They are the mother of his children regardless if they are adults. If you dont like him speaking to the mother of his children then you should have never married a man with children.

  • I'd have no problem with it. I have exs on my fb and they even call all the time to chat. DH and I trust one another and we are not jealous people.
