Does this sound like a bladder infection? adult content

It hurts in my bladder area and my lower back. It burns when I urinate and my urine smells different. I constantly feel like I have to urinate.

  • Being the bladder infection aficianado that I am - I would say it sounds like it. I think I'm working on one myself. Get some Azo for the pain and call your doc for ciproflaxin!

  • I've had 2 bladder infections and each time it was difficult to urinate, meaning it would take a while for it all to come out and sometimes i had to strain,
start drinking more cranberry juice and water. that should help

  • Since your back is hurting, it may have moved up to your kidneys. You need to see a doctor ASAP.

  • Agreed! Totally need to call the doc. Besides, over the counter meds are just to mask the pain, not cure it. You need to make an appt with the doc.

  • it could be a bladder infection or possibly a kidney infection or a kidney stone

  • Yes and it will only get worse if you dont get antibiotics. I had a UTI that went into my kidney and I ended up in the hospital a couple days on high antibiotic through a drip. Go see a doc.
